WT-IF12/20 Wet wipes production line is designed to produce disposable household cleaning wipes and baby wipes. The electrical system incorporates a CE-compliant electrical safety circuit design. The automatic splicing feature enables non-stop replacement of non-woven fabric, packing film, and labels, with automatic rejection of splice joints to ensure product quality. This system effectively reduces downtime and enhances operational efficiency.

The production line is versatile, capable of producing various types of wipes, including baby wipes, makeup remover wipes, specialty wipes, and cleaning wipes. It is compatible with a range of raw materials, such as spunlace nonwoven fabrics, hot-rolled nonwoven fabrics, biodegradable nonwoven fabrics, wet strength paper, and other suitable materials.

Sanitation grade design is adopted for cleaning and disinfection. The wet wipes conveyor belt adopts tool free and convenient disassembly design, making cleaning and disinfection easier
